Summer sets the pace in the valley. Warm, wet spells push growth so hard that a fortnight can undo a tidy property, and the flats can be too soft to cut for days after a proper downpour — so we sequence the work, ridges first, low ground once it firms. Winter is milder work; growth slows without stopping, and monthly visits usually hold the line.
From Teven the run reaches the localities around it — Tintenbar over the ridge, Cumbalum and West Ballina toward town, the plateau at Alstonville and Wollongbar, and through to the coast at Lennox Head and Ballina. Wherever the block is, if it grows, it’s our kind of job.
